When a building fits, club members see it early, with the full model. No countdown timers, no pressure. Minimums are typically $200,000, and we stay flexible for the right long-term partners.

You get paid like a landlord, without the calls

Monthly distributions to your verified account, dated and sourced reporting, K-1s without the chase, and our cell numbers when you want the story behind a number.
