Senior sales principal turned general partner. Invested as an LP with BPG before joining as co-GP. Leads fundraising and investor relations.

Tommy invested his own capital as a limited partner with BPG before joining as co-general partner. He raised his hand as an investor first.

The model

Buy below replacement cost beside buildings we already run, renovate unit by unit as leases turn, bring rents to the level our own renovated units already achieve, then refinance or sell at stabilized value.

Alignment

The sponsor invests as a limited partner alongside investors in every deal, and the waterfall pays investors first. The promote is defined in the operating agreement, not in marketing copy.

Reporting

Monthly distributions, statements, and K-1s. The operating agreement is the controlling document for every term it defines.
